Undo Rejection Request

I am trying to get a wiki encyclopedia published. It was rejected and I was hoping you could undo the rejection so I can continue to work on it? I understand the references added initially are not sufficient/significant enough for this. I was able to find some new articles that I think would be better. To confirm, I dont have connections with this person. I just have an interest in women's sports and think she's a great media personality that is helping expand women's sports coverage which is something I want to do as well so I think getting her wikipedia page could be great. she's an awesome media reporter for ESPN! she interviews big time athletes like Simone Biles, etc. Can you please undo the rejection?
