The Legality Movement Party (Albanian: Partia Lëvizja e Legalitetit; PLL) is a monarchist[1] political party in Albania[2] led by Shpetim Axhami.[3] It supports the return to power of the House of Zogu under Crown Prince Leka of the Albanians and considers the Legality Movement as its predecessor.

The PLL states that originally it was founded in November 24-25, 1962 in an Albanian monarchist exile congress at the Sheraton-Atlantic Hotel in New York City, while the year 1924 in its logo represents the December counterrevolution that dismantled the republican June Revolution.

The party, while officially registered in Albania in 1992, first contested the 1996 election, receiving 2.07 percent of the vote and no seats, but winning 2 seats the following year. In the 2001 parliamentary election it was part of the Union for Victory (Bashkimi për Fitoren) coalition which received 37.1% of the vote and 46 members of parliament. In the 2021 election, the PLL won 2 parliamentary seats, with Andia Ulliri becoming the youngest member of the 32nd legislature of Albania and Petrit Doda being the 9th most voted candidate in the Tirana provincial electoral zone.

PLL is member of the International Monarchist Conference.
